Qualifications: Master of Public Administration (UKZN) Mr Sibongiseni Ngema is responsible for the overall administration of academic programmes, research and finance in the Discipline. He joined the Discipline in Deecember 2011 after having worked in the Undergraduate Administration Office at the Nelson R mandela School of Medicine.
